@Malicious Metal - Is it worth getting Targon as Mordekaiser?
Or is there a better start? Also do you upgrade it to the second tier? Finally, do you get pot - Corrupting Potion?

Man this champion is confusing.
M0RDEKA1SER1 votesThere's a handful of champions he can bot lane with. He really needs a tanky, engage-heavy, lockdown support that can close in quick, and hold them still, then Morde can W to close the gap quickly.
If they can't get away from Morde, they're usually dead.
Targon's really helps with sustain, for both you and your support. So it's not a "bad" starter item. But usually don't upgrade it. In fact, by the time I have to back, I can sell it and get a Will of the Ancients for sustain.
Corrupting potion isn't really worth the 500g for Morde considering the useless mana regen, 3 potions ends up being better.
