Does it still work like arpen did? Does it scale with monster level?

Well, if you give me a little while, I'll post some math later today. I was just busy, and I didn't have time.

Alright, so lethality gives 0.4 of its value at level one. If you took full marks, this would give 14 lethality. If you took quints with this, it would give you 23.6 lethality. This means you get roughly 5 / 10 armor penetration, respectively, at level one. Since jungle monsters' levels scale with the average level of players in the game, you'll get more armor penetration as the game goes on. This is an assumption that lethality gives armor penetration towards jungle monsters the same way it gives armor penetration towards champions.

If we take a look at jungle monster armor, the only one that doesn't have armor (i.e. we don't get efficiency out of lethality runes) is the red buff. If you're leashing this side of the jungle, it shouldn't be an issue for your clear. Every other camp has at least 10 armor, so these runes would be efficient at level one. Now, it's a better question as to whether or not your champion gets more efficiency out of AD / AS runes. That is a lot of math, and one I'm not interested in doing right now since it would involve me pumping numbers into their equations and then multiplying it by a different armor equation ( AD ratios vs overall lethality multiplier) every time. Hope this helped.
