"Battle of the Freljord" bug

I just noticed in a game with vs that both of them had the crown, and their objective was still active after one killed the other. Did both of them pinky promise to not hurt each other? Are they both being lesbos and decided to marry each other? lol :P

Anyway, can someone explain how this happens?
