Can we please get a new category on the boards to see the more downvoted threads?

Sometimes i want to see some discussions different to what is on the "Hot" section. Sometimes i want to see how many people disagreed with the poor fellows thread statement. Riot can we please have a new tab added to see the worst threads created?

They said earlier that they're looking into getting rid of downvotes completely, so I wouldn't count on it.
