That's all she needed you dumbasses. She didn't need a passive change, Q,E,R change, nothing like that.

All she needed was to have her insane safety and tankyness removed.

Now lets fix up Katarina? 0 CD 0 Skill 0 Punishment. Seriously guys, she needs to be punished harder for bad plays. Not be give another dozen chances like how her current kit works.

Her shroud was a problem. Not the problem. It goes beyond that.

A morgana with hextech gunblade and will of the ancients equals 60%+ spellvamp, an akali can out spellvamp Morgana, Spellvamp is Morganas passive, pretty sure the problem is Akali's spellvamp. For an assassin without an actual cost like mana and a fast regen of ult stacks with a frustratingly stupid ult re-stacker(Kills or Assists) paired with an amazing escape, high burst, she takes 0 skill to use and requires no team coordination to pull off a 1v3. Her big issue is the passive she has, but only the Spellvamp part of it, it gives her too much sustain for her burst.
