Mordekaiser Rework [DISCUSSION]

Title ^ EDIT: I have played Morde, and I do love his kit. Checkout my lolskill.net to see how I build/do as Morde. I just think he could use a touchup. I also have over 100k points on Morde so please believe me that I am not a complete idiot on how to play him

DISCLAIMER Here is my proposed rework, but remember this is a raw idea, so don't think that all the numbers are exact.

Passive - Iron Man: Mordekaiser converts 15% of the magic damage he deals into a shield. Shielding is reduced by half when damaging minions. This shield decays by 1% when out of combat for 3 seconds. Additionally, Iron Man scales by 25% of Mordekaiser's maximum health.

Q - Mace of Spades: Toggle on/off ability [0.5 second CD] Mordekaiser swings his mace that's deals bonus magic damage in an AoE (similar to Titanic Hydra, and/or Reinhardt's attacks). Each swing deals [25/30/35/40/45 (+ 0.3 total AD) (+ 0.1 AP)]

W - Creeping Death: [25/35/45/55 HP cost] [14/13/12/11/10 CD] Mordekaiser engulfs himself in metal shrapnel or his ally to gain bonus effects. The user of this ability gains MR/armor based off his total MR/armor [0.3 total armor/mr] that deals a little amount of damage [6/8/10/12/14 (+0.1AP) per tick] and can be reactivated after 2.5 seconds or at the end of the duration to deal a percentage of all enemies maximum HP as magic damage [4/5/6/7/8/9 % max HP damage (+ 0.01 AP] within the vicinity. This ability lasts for a total of 8 seconds.

E - Siphon of Destruction: [7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6 CD] [12/24/36/48/60 HP cost] Mordekaiser controls the fabric of life and metal, damaging enemies infront of him [35/65/95/125/155 (+ 0.6 total AD) (+ 0.6 AP)]. If they are in melee range, they are briefly snared for 0.75 seconds. Enemies hit near the edge only take 75% of the damage. Damaging champions also gives a percentage of Mordekaiser's maximum shield [10/12.5/15/17.5/20% maximum shield].

R - Master of Puppets: Mordekaiser calls upon his liches to empower him and attack the cursed enemy. Note the liches move slowly and have a range so enemies can get away, and additionally, they do not apply spell/on-hit effects The liches deal a percentage of the target enemies maximum health as magic damage, and heal Mordekaiser for all that damage. Additionally, Mordekaiser's abilities gain additional effects. IRON MAN - No longer drains until out of combat for 6 seconds (double) Q - Gains 50 range and is permanently toggled on until Master of Puppets duration is over. Additionally, Mordekaiser can charge his Q for 2.5 seconds to deal even more AoE magic damage that slows all enemies hit. W - The discharge of shrapnel heals Mordekaiser for a percentage of his missing HP E - Longer range/width

Basically, Mordekaiser has devastating AoE and pushing power, as well as unmatched dueling power. Mordekaiser is even more upclose and personal, and can even stun his enemies if they get waaay too close. Mordekaiser however has no sustain outside his ultimate, is immobile and has health costs for his W/E. His shield is also much weaker if he cannot skirmish with the enemy via melee fights. Now this kit may seem super stupid, but I am bored so I made this up in about 30 minutes.

Mordekaiser is fine as is.

He just needs A) a base health buff Or B) a movespeed buff

I would go for the latter.

I like Mord's current kit, but after the nerf on boots and enchants I can't catch up to ANYONE. Seriously, having boots of Swiftness and being outrun by the enemy who only has basic boots makes me feel dismal.

morde is solid already if you ask me. i play him top and bot and do alright. i'd rather them fix his few bugs, his lag issue, and remove his pizza feet
