Reduce Support IP cost
Can we just reduce the IP cost of every support that costs 4800 IP or more by one IP cost tier? I feel like too many people just don't buy enough supports and don't know what most of them do. It's not so bad during the week, but on the weekends the matchmaking gets horrible and you feel bad for not picking supports that only cost 3150 IP or less since chances are your ally has no idea what you're doing when you pick them.
