Do bot games have some kind of MMR system too?

Title. I don't play a lot of bots,but I can't remember the last time I played with anyone who legitimately looked like they were stuggling with intermediate Bots. Or is there is no MMR and it's just that there isn't a huge influx of new players anymore?

Then again, I guess it's hard for a new player to struggle when he constantly has a 14-0 Teemo jungle walking into his Lane and killing the enemy.
