I don't really see how his kit would work without any of his CC. What do you think he could function without?
mostly just the slow on the boomerang in mini gnar form. It Instantly allows him to kite you at level 1 by level 3 with hop his harass is godly.
Now if they made his AAs melee, wham fixed. no CC lost
