by which logic or common sense can Yasuo be allowed in his current form

Champion with faster scaling damage and one with the almost highest damage overall , has also the most dominant mobility .

Where is the logic of it? How can it be fair or realistic towards other champions?

His mobility is situational, he needs minions. If your trying to run from Yasuo run through the jungle.

i know how to play against him , mostly . hes not my problem

minions are the center of each and every match, so it not so much situational, or wholly situational

still don't understand the logic behind it :)

So Yas does not even make it to the top 50 Champions in highest average damage, This holds true across all elos. His mobilitys great in lane, but its also predictable, as is his 3rd Q into R. If he is an issue for you I'd strongly recommend you take some time playing him. It will help you learn how to counter play him as well as get a good feel for when and where he is strong.

he doesn't? interesting

i suppose its not that way with focused max damage .

if you look that way, every champion is kinda predictable , but its more of a question whether someone do the move with a champion second before or second after than you'd expect it . That probably separates good players from less good , right?

i still don't understand the logic behind it :)
