I got a new idea buff for rammus. Buff his tremors to do 40% ap ratio around him so that he can have one ap item like zhonyas

I got a idea also for mordekaiser. How about when He has his W up he gains 25 movement speed

Both of these champions are useless Rammus is fucking terrible in a adc meta plez kill meh

They don't care about Rammus. They want him in the trash. As shown in his "rework". It was basically a nerf.
