I just wanted to know how good ziggs really is.. if he's mastered will he be really good?

well, no... especially not when the assassin meta is coming next patch.
i mean he has his place.. he is a GREAT split pusher.. but cant eascape if they go for him... he is a good teamfighter.. but needs to be fed to do anything and he pretty much always gets first tower.. but if he doesn't he will be almost useless

you just have to land skill shots like all the time if you arent landing bombs during laning phase your probably not winning the game
I think, from personal experience, that he is super-annoying when you get good, but he isn't able to kill people super fast, unless they are stupid and stick around.
