I own every icon available in the store. I go to reroll 3 and it gives me another one that I already own.
Basically, I spent money to get every single icon and unlock a specific legacy one that I want through rerolling my icons. It was a waste...
I don't think they'll ever do that, because any icon you can't get now, was from an event or rewards. So if you were not there for an event then that sucks, but you never know riot, they like money, they bring skins out that i had back in originally in 09, like the winter Olympic ones, and re-released them because too little people had them, and you can get them in chests? The only ones i know you cant get are like Urf, UFO corki, unless you were there way back. Pax i'm sure there are still some expensive codes floating around lol.
