Galio intended to 1 shot people??

Even though they did a "hot fix" Galio is still one shorting carries late game with his q.

Before the "fix" I remember being hit with a q and nearly being instagibbed with a spirit visage and mercy treads on. Ya know just wondering who does the math on how these kind of changes to champions will work out damage wise? Like why should a very tank utility champ do that much damage..??? i don't think the people who did it are that dumb right? They knew it would be like this and theyre just pumping galio popularity. Its ultra toxic and so annoying riot does this kind of stuff to sell skins and stuff.
