Who knows maybe riot releases lvl 8 mastery requires 10 x S rank with 1k blue essence and the reward u get is a chroma pack for ur champ IDk just my thinking , riot hasnt made any new chroma packs in months maybe they are thinking of some tweaking to chroma packs since no one even buy them ?

When did they say this? I don't remember.
However, they were interested in somebody's idea to unlock champion portraits as summoner icons once you get high mastery in that champion.
