Why won't you respond?
I mean, we bring up serious issues with 300+ votes, and is constantly front page, but you won't respond, then some guy posts something about Mordekiser and you respond within minutes even when it's got like 13 votes

Here is them addressing a batch of current concerns. You actually expect them to respond to the exact same thread copy/pasted hundreds of times?
What specifically are they intended to respond to? Meddler himself responds fairly regularly in his gameplay thoughts threads, particularly if you post early. I commented that ADCs felt bad to play and their builds could use some clean up and he responded with an actual confirmation that he agreed and then suddenly there are changed on the PBE for crit items. It was heartening and honestly made me feel less voiceless and helpless. Are the changes perfect? No. But just the fact they're trying things is nice.
Do you want the guy who writes lore to respond to topics about balance? How's about a player behavior analyst? Reds each work different positions and therefore arent able to everything.
