Make it so that I don't have to listen to them in the after-game lobby.

There's no reason I should be subject to a griefer saying "well, I'll report you anyway because you didn't do anything." after I spent all game trying to come back from them griefing my lane.

If you use /ignore they'll be added to your block list, which mutes them in lobbies as well.
