I know Warwick doesn't have stealth, and he has the ability as a basic one, but I was wondering if people nearby to Warwick could hear a howl when he engages his W. It doesn't have to be much; Just something to let people know deep down that they're being hunted.
NO no No no... The difference is the only way you WOULDNT realize you were being hunted is if he used blood hunts active... which if i remember blood hunts the closest enemy. If you got a notification when this happened and you were above half health you would KNOW he is near you.
On top of that the only reason rengar HAS a notification at all is because he can 100-0 you without effort. If i remember when he first was released or announced he didnt actually have that notification im pretty sure. Warwick cant instakill you.
On top of that without his ult warwick can only run AT you while most junglers have an actual gapcloser that isnt their ult with the exception of like fiddlesticks who really just needs help now anyways.
TL:DR Warwick doesnt need to warn people when hes ganking as his only gapcloser without ult is running at you. And very VERY few junglers who are probably much stronger than warwick give 0 warning at all.

are you below half health? - you are being hunted-
are you above half health and winning lane hard? - you are being hunted-

Just a point, if you are being bloodhunted, there is a giant red skull over your champion. That doesn't give you any indication of WW's position though, since its global. So you will know if you are being hunted, just regardless of distance.
I think that would be too harsh, unlike rengar, WW has no invisibility and his gapcloser is tied to his ultimate, also, that skill's cooldown is massive! So i think it balances it out, WW wont be running around as much as people think.
Maybe a howl just for effect but no more. People shouldn't be comparing Warwick to Rengar. Rengar is a burst assassin and WW I guess would be a skrimisher? I mean Zac has a much larger gap closer than WW and I don't think you should get a warning for that either.
