Currently the way it is, if you have a 2-3 level lead on someone you do massive damage and take in a lot less.

The support role and adc role are suffering pretty hard because of that. Supports are level 8 when mid lanes are lvl 11 and yeah you arent supposed to let that lead be so extreme but its not uncommon.

Especially with the 4-5 man gank bots its easy to make it happen.
