Questions about the Urgod

I started playing a bit of Urgot and I think he's fun as fuck, so I've got a couple questions.

  1. I know he's gonna get a rework, but when? Where is he on the list?
  2. To any Urgot players, do you build Tear then Black Cleaver? Or do you just rush Manamune?

I usually start with corrupting, then get a tear, when possible phage/black cleaver and then if i need damage i finish Manamune,if i need tanky i go situational (most of the time Frozen heart,i don't really do Q-AA-Q )

Your Q's don't activate on-hit effects,so botrk, sheen, mallet and similar won't apply to those but only on your AA,but with the spammability of your Q you can still benefit a lot from the sheen lineage

Corrupting if I think I will need the mana for long tanky laners or opponents with a lot of poke.

Getting tear as soon as you can is always good. Don't furget to buy item 3123 calling if they have sustain.

If my opponents are squishy (only one tanky enemy) I get item 3142 . Movement speed is a good stat on Urgot for it allows to catch players out with your ult. I get item 3071 if have several tanky champions.

I never get item 3022 . You tend to want to avoid items that empower your auto attack. It is much safer to use you Q's than your autos. I also item 3812 rarely buy this too. The healing isn't enough to warrant a purchase. And item 3156 is my go to for MR but item 3814 for certain match ups.

As for the VGU?

I am not saying Riot hasn't made any progress but I am saying we haven't even the slightest inkling to anything they have done. The Warwick team is going to do a "light/good" character since they just did a "dark" champ. Who knows, maybe 2018 I'd guess. I'd be wonderfully surprised if they did it in 2017.
