Sivir Buffs?

is currently sitting at a 49% winrate and has had a pretty suboptimal winrate for a couple patches now (on OP.GG.) She hasn't gotten any love since her waveclear got nerfed in the world's patch and now that bully champs are meta like and it just feels bad to play her. Her early game is too poor to survive the four man bot lane parties too, and I'm sure re-buffing her waveclear might help that. I'd really like to see her get some buffs (along with a couple other adc's like and ) so she at least feels manageable.

(Also, that Snowdown Sivir skin is one of my favorite skins for obvious reasons and I want an excuse to play it)

Edit: Why is this getting downvoted? Do people just dislike Sivir?

Sivir is one of those champions that never gets buffed because even tho she is mediocre i n soloQ , she is actually pretty OP in organized high level play and thus she is actually more likely to see nerfs in the future for reasons I probably won't even understand first hand.

It's a shame too because I used to love playing her.

Uninteractive champion and buffing her is indirect buff to Hecarim...

sivir is fine .... you look at winrates and not her actual kit..... no other adc has a spell shield..........varus on the other hand was fine before they decided to nerf fervor and nerf lethlaity then decided to "buff" him with a sorry asss thing by increasing hsi stupid passive by a few %.
