The best counterjungler and Drag/Baron clearer is totally unessential, right? It's not like having a free smite that self heals every 8-9 seconds means anything. Not like his snowball has a 1-1 AP Ratio while his charged ult does more damage than a Kat's full ult if built AP. And he totally doesn't have an AoE Attackspeed and movement speed slow on his ult, or a point and click attack speed and movement speed slow on his snowball.

His heal totally is useless, seriously, that 75% AP scaling ratio on his consume is TOTALLY useless. And so is his no mana cost after attacking several times, right?

Yeah, totally too weak. It's not like anyone plays him or anything.
