Can we buff the speed on Zed's W?

The dude has seen numerous nerfs, the last one being pretty substantial. Zed used to be a quick, fast moving assassin that required a lot of skill to be used to the best of his ability. With exhaust being buffed, Zhonyas dropping in price, his ult being nerfed, attack speed, QSS available, he has a lot of counterplay when playing against him. He has no resets, is very ult reliant to guarantee a kill, and doesn't scale great into late game.

With his shadow speed drastically being reduced and now his ult getting a nerf, I feel like Zed could use some help. Now I realize that his w before the nerfs were ridiculously fast, but I'm just suggesting that we could meet somewhere in the middle, maybe a bit more leaning towards the previous. I feel like Zed with his ult being nerfed has counteryplay in and of itself there, plus multiple items, and giving him this small buff would make Zed feel a lot more clean and crisp, more ninja-esque if you will, like he should be.
