Azir buffs after Rylais nerf (imo)

Would like to make his ultimate 3/4/5 at least. 3 seconds at all levels is so low and your wall dissapears in a blink of an eye. Maybe you should make his ratios on W/Q too. As Azir main I think making his ult like that will boost his wineate by 3% at least. Hes sitting as lowest win rate mid lane champion.
