Yeah it was already cancer before preseason update. Talon's earlygame is just stupidly broken, you can't farm at all. I guess broken assassins is the price we have to pay if we don't want adcs to dominate.
Yeah I went against a Talon on 3's the other day that exploded me (as Trundle) in less than a second with Black Cleaver and Duskblade. He literally blew his load, auto-attacked me once and I died. We were the same level and he just stayed in melee range the entire time, no kiting. I haven't had a Talon do that to me, while playing Trundle, since season 3, back when penetration was OP and every AD rushed Brutalizer into last whisper.
