I could be wrong, but is this the first "short CD" AD scaling heal in the game?
I mean i know 
ult's heal scales with AD
It just makes me think 
... that said, xin doesn't have nearly as much mobility as riven so my fear could be unnecessary, because he actually has to commit to a fight.

Part of his W works similar to Xin's W passive and scales 0.25/0.75 with bonus AD.
The Voids Call1 votesI actually thought of this as i was logging in. Although he has plenty of other reasons which hold him back, which xin doesn't have to worry about
Adalore1 votesIt does buff him in a different direction than one that supports devourer and rageblade both. If it wasn't for those two items the healing based on bonus AD would make "classic Xin" viable in jungle with ease with warrior enchant.
But until rageblade gets dunked worth wise this just slightly buffed that build type, but "Full ad" or "Ad fighter" xin should be a bit more functional. I really don't like building devourer so if that wasn't an option I'd think it would be fine.
