Walk up to a wall, and stand there. Or run along the wall.

Honestly i had never considered this until i was in the heat of the moment fighting fiora near my 2nd teir tower xD

It's not like she actually needs to hit all sides to even kill you though.

sure, but if she doesn't then she loses damage and healing. If you're in a fight which could go either way, it can really swing things in your favor

Her early damage relies on her hitting her vitals and ult. She has horrible atk speed and base ability damages. her q wont hurt you alot.

Another tip for laning against her is to move out of her range when a vital spawns in front of you or a side where fiora can easily hit it. It will reset her vital which will spawn randomly but it will mostly spawn to the opposite of the last.

Most people who play Fiora don't even try to hit all four sides. We just try to kill them Fiora

Or, if your vital is obviously facing her, just get out of range and reset it.

This also helps in general laning, positioning so that Fiora doesn't have a good angle to hit your vital with means you can hold the vital to ransom, and either get pressure in lane or get a good trade because Fiora can't reach the vital without heavy commitment. As a rule, either hug a wall, make sure your vital is positioned so that it faces the opposite direction to Fiora.
