@riot give massively increased IP + hextech rewards in flex queue

if you do this, garuntee TONS of people will feel incentive to play flex queue

also. keep the rune system as is ( know your thinking of updated it) but keeping the rune system as is and giving massive IP rewards for playing flex queue, would be the perfect way to make the queue popular

when i say massive hextech rewards for flex queue. im talking something like getting a "garunteed" chest+key for every 10 games you play, in addition to normal rewards

then after people grind on it and get a rank, they will keep playing even after they get most champs/content unlocked

however, massive ip plus hextech rewards might be too much. so maybe make it so after every 10 games of flex queue, you are allowed to pick a "bonus reward" of either "tons of IP" or a free chest+key
