Fix Talon plz

Last year he got an MR buff and armor nerf to get him out of toplane and into midlane, then he lost power on his W (which is his main midlaning tool) and with the preseason he has dropped in winrate very significantly. Trying to get him into midlane with mr/armor changes and him being nerfed in general has left him in a very strange spot. If you want to fix him, he'll need his MR nerfed back to normal values, and different tools to actually be able to midlane properly again (like waveclear on his W). If his early killing power is too high, (which it arguable was at lvl 2) you guys could always nerf his base value on his W or Q, and then buff their scalings so he's actually able to fullfill his role later on as well (since he falls off like a brick). Making him a bit more generally powerful throughout the game, rather than having some massive lvl 2 powerspike or so, will make him much more healthy. I hope Riot does something about him, he's pathetic right now and has had some strange balance nerfs last seasons putting him into an awkward spot.
