This is a buff to Nunu's sustained damage. I saw 45% CDR Nunu duel a fed Jax It was MESSED UP looking the Jax coulda played better but he wasnt playing WRONG i almost felt sorry for him but i didnt cuz he was hextech rageblade devourer jax

Played against nunu top destroyed him but honestly he is better than previous nunu top due to spammablilty on e if it was previous nunu I would be 10/0 in 7mins.
