Q just tweak the numbers, lower cd, more damage, shorter stun

W if an enemy snags it, it deals 75% of what would be a heal, as damage

E deals DoT to enemies passing through if bard recently entered the portal

R is fine

He really doesn't need buffs on his Q or E, and even his W is decent (though it does fall off a bit late game).

The buff his W could really use is "an ADC who knows how they work and actually uses them in lane".

lol this. I'm always having to beg them to use the heals... and then you get the ones who dodge them while running away from a fight like they're gonna stun.

The issue with normals/ bronze/ silver games: NOBODY KNOWS TO PICK UP HEALS OR TAKE THE PORTAL

I'd rather W, if stepped on by an enemy, apply some sort of cc.

I just want it to become a strategic decision; 'Do I want to risk getting caught because I'm slowed for a second? Is it worth denying the enemy heals?'

I was just talking about how I think bard might get nerfed. I think he's in a really good position right now if not a bit too strong.
