Ashe Needs A Tweak and Nerf Ekko
She’s an ADC that has to rely on kiting in order to deal sufficient damage but she just overrides her weakness. Her passive makes you so immobile that she no longer kites you but literally walks YOU like a dog and not the other way around. You don’t need to orb walk or outplay anything. All you have to do is point, click, and target someone and the A.I. will do all the work for you. I feel as though a slight tweak to how her passive works would make her more balanced. Then on top of that, she deals anywhere from 1.1x her dmg (early) to 2x her dmg (late game) with her passive. That on top of PTA or LT makes her a powerhouse all game. Either remove the damage buff from her passive or reduce its slow effect. Before you bring up assassins and mages, I’m talking about Ashe fundamentally.
Also, I believe Ekko’s passive needs a nerf. He reaches late game fed Kassadin levels of brokenness from just existing. I played a game with an Ekko who soloed the whole enemy team. Geanted, he was pretty fed, but for a squishy champ, he had no business doing that. He was dam near one-shotting everybody just by looking at them. He also needs to be squishier. His ult gives him his health back and removes him from the immediate area of danger or gives him his health back, makes him invulnerable, and deals dmg in the immediate area of danger. If he decides to try and all in, he should get blown up. If jungling is the issue then let it be the issue. No one said the Brand nerf would hurt mid lane Brand when people were using him as support.
TL;DR: I believe Ashe needs the slow from her passive reduced so players actually have to learn how to kite since Ashe is designed to learn how to kite and make laning against her more bearable. Ekko definitely needs his passive nerfed and I believe he needs to be squishier to compensate for his ult.
