Repositioning Items In-Game

Can we take a look at repositioning items to a new hot key? For example, I would like to move my without pulling a LCS 2014 Dyrus. Here is a reminder for you.. Seriously though, moving an active item is hard even on the largest HUD scale available in game.

Could we be allowed to move items while in shop perhaps??
