Ok, since you gutted Sorakas Heal on PBE to a point where its a waste...

(You will hurt yourself more than you heal in no time, unless you build full AP, aka the "I am a squishy, i constantly have to be in close range and I always have below 50% HP, please kill me" build)

Could we please make her Q more reliable to hit? Hell, on any non suicidal cast range, it takes as long as Veigars Meteor to come down. You remember? That 300 base damage + 100% AP meteor that has "fack you" carved into it? Yep, it has nearly the same delay as Sorakas 230 + 0.35 AP Starcall with a lousy 30% slow.

I was fine with her other abilities being litterally garbage cause her heals were broken. But since her broken skill is now gutted to hell, BUFF HER OTHER BASIC ABILITIES ALREADY! Just make Starcall hit faster. After all, you dont build Veigar around hitting Dark Meteor, but you want to make Soraka all about hitting that Starcall! Make it more reliable then!

A one second Delay for a spell that they are going to build the whole champion around is TOO MUCH!

Hell, Veigars Meteor strikes after 1.25s, which means Sorakas Q is nearly as hard to hit than Veigars W. They even Decresed the AoE of the spell...

Soraka is Eved, Olafed, Urgotted right now.

I think the bigger fix is that the new buff should be tacked onto her W, so you don't absolutely need to choose "Do I want to heal myself?" or "Do I want to heal others and die trying?" It's just a bad line of choices that you can't have self preservation if you want to do your role as a healer. Binding the buff into W would have it scale with her heal and provide sustenance for her and keep her paced with the heals she needs to drop.

Oh, RIOT already made that choise for you, since the Heal is gutted even harder, by a whole 50 more points.

Soraka is already barely played and at a very weak spot, and still RIOT decided "we have to gut her heal if we buff anything else" because... well, its no secret, RIOT simply HATES healer supports.
