Tanks are gonna be harder to kill. Rift Herald is gonna determine who wins essentially. They are buffing the AD on items making people kill squishies even faster than before. Guardian Angel losing its Magic Resist and getting AD on it instead, making champs like Yasuo more cancerous. Banshees losing it's tankyness. Mortal Reminder and Lord's losing 10% bonus armor penetration. Death Dance's Passive now has a 15% buff. The new item Gargoyle Stoneplate is gonna make tanks completely broken.

DD is the only good thing. Everything else is pure BS, especially the BC changes.

Yea. The next update is stupid in many ways. Not one thing to fix how badly Nerfed Malzahar is. He is not even usable except to play norms games.
