Dark Harvest Stacks Bonus Damage is Too Low

5 extra damage, not even true damage, per stack is honestly ridiculous. Participate in...10 kills...for 50 extra damage thats like 30-35 damage even on squishies after resistances by that point.

Ya the runes no cooldown on different targets is nice compared to electrocute, but the scaling isnt too different and the damage bonus from stacks is just so stupid.

Make it like 4 true damage per stack instead or something. like wtf is this? Or let us stack it on canon and epic monsters and stuff as well, but reduce the damage gained a little.

Even on champs like brand where i can get 20-30 stacks in like 20 minutes, 150 bonus damage at that point after resists on squishies is like 90 and on tanks like 40, with 1.5k+ hp pools thats no use...
