Does Aphelios Actually Suck?

FfenixPhire··1 votes·1,078 views

whenever i see this champ i have no idea what he does on my team or enemy, i just murder him or he sucks on my team. if on my team he is inting and if we win its because i managed to hard carry. Theres no clarity for your team what he is doing so its hard to play around and when on the enemy team i couldnt care less what he is doing.

If you asking "is he autowin still?" the answer is NO Is it playable, yes, but there seem to be other better choices

well he clearly isnt autowin if he loses every time i fight him

In your last twenty games you have a 50% win rate against Aphelios. And youre a nocturne one trick. Aphelios is an immobile relatively squishy champion, of course an assassin is going to wreck him...?

its not just when i play against him, it was a 2 part statement. He doesnt have much clarity in how to play with him on my team and they dont seem to offer much when playing with him.

Try him.

Positioning, like with other immobile adcs, is key. But he can dish out disgusting amounts of dmg.

I wouldnt say he is extremely hard, but rather complicated and rather for other players, not the pilot himself.

Idea around Aphelios was/is to be this "if I have right gun, Im beast", currently its "If I have "bad" gun, I'm good, if I have right gun, Im godlike creature".

Overall, I think players are picking him anytime when he is open and it can create the image that he is weak.

For apparently, the most "complex" champ riot has ever released he has a very good winrate with a high pickrate. He's not hard and he doesn't suck.

He has no counterplay if the player knows how to play him, that's why he is most banned champion in high elos.
