First Timing a Champ in Ranked

Is this a reportedable offense? Just had a rumble say it was his first time playing the champion ever and blamed me (the jungler) for farming all game despite me telling them just to play defensively and wait instead of trying to trade with his laner because he was always pushed up to enemy tower. he said he thought it would be fun so he would try him. Just wondering, not the inting or flame but is the fact that was his first time reportable?

Its not reportable and not forbidden. Once lvl30, any account is allowed to go into ranked with whatever champion they fancy. What is reportable is to argue with someone, doesnt matter who started the dispute.

No, its not punishable.

You are allowed to pick whatever champions you want on any lane with any experience. (Of course there are exceptions, for example if your teammates have friends at Rito, you might get banned for Teemo support, but that is a rare occasion)

Its true it's not a report-able offense and good job on staying calm. The Rumble should have the common sense to not first time a champ in ranked
