Making Xin Zhao great again

Xin Zhao used to be a very simple and solid champion but after the devourer removal xin and other champions have been left in the dust. Rioters have even stated that their vision on the new has not lived up to what they expected and Xin like many other "diver" champions with ap ratios on their abilities are simply not as good as they should be. Champions like and are seeing success do to their hard cc or guaranteed success upon diving into the back line, but champions like, and either get completely kited or destroyed instantly since they build some damage instead of full tank. I know most likely the "diver" class is going to receive a class update but at least help these lack luster champions instead of putting them off to the sides until a later class update.
