Counter(s)

Every time I see posts on how to counter champions, people respond with "Just dodge their skillshots" or "Choose (insert champion here)" People might end up doing even badly with that champions with because of their first times. They might not even have the IP to get the champion that supposedly counters them. This is a really short forum post, but I'm always so tilted when I see someone who I have hard times with. I then google up how to counter them, and then I see people who just say a champion name. I don't have any IP to get the champion, because I'm saving IP to get the runes that "counter" my champions that I have hard times with.

Play more, get better, farm IP, buy a solid champ-pool, play more, enjoy more, get better, farm IP, buy runes/runepages, get better, play more, enjoy more.

Repeat ad nauseum.

Yeah, the trick is to just counter players and not the characters they're playing.

Let's say I'm playing something like vlad mid into an enemy kennen, and he constantly tries to dodge my e by moving a bit to the left. If I'm in a teamfight, I can use this to my advantage by placing my ulti a bit to the left of him thus "countering" him so to speak. Picking up on the tells of players is often the best way to truly "counter" them, as it's less character reliant and ultimately easier.

Some matchups there's nothing you can do but play your best and play safe.
