Smurfs are a real problem

I started to play League again, and started an account over... i can't almost level past level 9 because i get smurf every single game.. on enemy side, but on my side it's either toxicity, soloplayer, or afk. I seriously dislike how Riot don't do anything against smurfing and it make it extremely unfun and frustrating to play this game when people just create new account to stomp new player without any punishement..

So you are complaining about smurfs in low-level games while you are currently smurfing in low-level games? The system is built to (hopefully) figure out who the smurfs are and match them together when possible, so it seems to be doing its job rather well.

Just play on your main account.

I don't see why you would bother starting a new account unless you were perma-banned or something.
