It was announced a long time ago that it would be Sion/Poppy/Taric level.

It will be sometime either during one of the pre season patches or super early in 2017, like Shen early

It looks like Warwick will be after whatever this new teased champion is, so I would expect tidbits of info starting after the new champion is revealed.
