2019ME WTF my name is already taken? Oh Right, its that old pbe account that I can't reactivate, I can't delete, I can't log on and change its account name.

2019 Riot - Your name is taken, and we can't tell you that you already have that account name on the pbe which if we could we also can't delete, or reactivate for you, even though you know the password, and email that was used when the account was created.

Riot, you really should fix your shit, those accounts should have been permanently deleted not deactivated. Why the fuck would you still keep that data in your system anyways?
