There are accounts literally throwing games for people on purpose

Let me elaborate. You ever see those really early accounts that are like gold or plat with less than 20 games, and then they just int in MULTIPLE games? It's what a lot of high elo people do (|I have several screenshots of peers i know that do this on purpose) But nobody is gonna do shit about it. Why? Because smurfing isnt bannable. When i smurf its so my friends from school or work dont play against high plats or diamonds. Shit isnt fun. Anhd overall its in blind or draft pick norms. That was im not hurting anyones elo. But good lord I am so tired of the "soloq is fine" when shit like this exists

If they are on the opposite team it is an offset to one of your loss. I assume you hate losing so its a good thing. Doesn't matter if you like winning fair matches.

Riot doesn't care about accounts being created in the millions to throw games. Heck there are botted accounts for this sole purpose and I am positive at this point in this crappy game, botted accounts are being placed in ranked so whoever is running the botted accounts have a chance to face them for easy wins.
