Bring back Azir's damage per soldier mechanic on Q
His mid game is so unforgiving to the point that he should be compensated with this change being reverted all together. In this point in time, the most common complaints with Azir has been that his autoattacks have been too strong, but now with the mid game scaling becoming horrid, he should be rewarded with something back that requires multiplicative usage of his soldiers. Bring back his decision-making and commitment. "Should i cast another soldier THEN press q for more damage or do I save it in case of an escape?"
This feels reasonable enough to bring back, and honestly it didn't ever feel like it was needed to be flat out REMOVED anyways. It was always a risk to make the decision to cast another W to inflict more damage, because it will result in him being on cooldown for his escape typically.
His damage in the midgame has dipped so severely, more than people think. The mechanic should just be brought back and maybe we'll see some more spellcasting poke AP azir with morello rather than just Nashor tooth as a must buy.
I know Riot is already looking to consider reworking Azir in the future, but they should AT LEAST bring this back to him in the meantime.
