Best Valor NA1 votesZed is the most fun IMO, Wu is probably the least reliable, and talon has been pretty strong since his update and a helluva roamer.
I'd def say Zed or Talon.
Edit: If you're still interested in Wu, I would highly recommend him in jungle, still really good late game and his ganks can be great early.

Best Valor NA1 votesEkko is my goto whenever someone picks an assassin / my zed. He can be super strong early and get cheesy kills.
He's super safe early due to him being able to outdmg alot of champions mid with just q/e, and even safer after 6 with his ult.
