Maybe I'm wrong and somebody can explain why her passive is better than I think it is. But having bonus spell vamp seems like a weird passive. Didn't they get rid of spell vamp items? Either way I just don't feel like it's very impactful and doesn't really match her kit imo

Like the slow removal of all point-and-click stuns and the removal of abilities that encourage not playing (like Ashe's old don't-shoot-to-save-up-for-guaranteed-crit passive).
