Some balancing of skills and cooldowns feels off.
Kha'zix's Q alone with evolved has a 4 second cooldown refunded by near half seems to deal more damage than a Full evelynn Q that needs 4 separate casts to do the damage and has a longer cd. I am losing 50-60% of my health from 1 Q alone while my charm combo seems to do about the same damage while needing delayed preparation. Then there's his in combat heal with a slow, unseen threat bonus damage plus snare, and a leap for mobility. With an ultimate that grans 2-3 stacks of unseen threat passive bonus to his next auto.
Can anyone explain to me if there's any scaling that remotely redeems Evelynn's comparably abysmal total damage and time to deliver said damage? It seems like she doesn't have enough HP given her time to deliver that damage, at best you rely on others to do damage and cross your fingers your team gives you a bunch of execute thresholds to ult off of.
This isn't even about Kha'zix in particular. Some champions feel very left behind in the damage to survivability department.
