Oleandervine2 votesBoRK is one of 2 ADC items that is HIGHLY efficient against high HP tanky characters. If your enemy team is comprised of beefy tanks, you need BoRK to not only survive some of their damage, but to also melt them.
Additionally, Miss Fortune has her W, which is an attack speed steroid. Jinx has her Q, which also is an attack speed stwroid. Why the fuck is BoRK a bad pick when combined with an attack speed steroid?
The only ADC that BoRK doesn't work with is Jhin, because he can't utilize attack speed. Everyone else can make use of it.

Lucian actually powerspikes insanely hard on Botrk, the active allows him even better chase potential and his passive lets him proc botrk's on hit effect quite a bit.
