Questions about Azir

So I understand that the Azir changes on the PBE are completely experimental and are subject to change or not change at all (ect) but what is Riot trying to accomplish? I'm in a low elo, so as one could imagine if a person tries playing Azir with no experience with/against me, there's a good chance they're gonna lose, but what is his state right now? Is Riot trying to balance his strengths at each point of the game for a neutral change, buff him, or nerf him?

he is oppressing because his q does dmg and he can get in 1-2 aa just because you tried to cc under turret

without a doubt. he zones, has insane dmg, wave clear, and is opressing in lane. i expect he will get his a nerfed so it doesn't just add on per soldier

no his soldiers. right now, if he has 3 soldiers attacking one target, it stacks like crazy. i think they will change that in the future, but that's just me. probably from 25% to 30%
